The ending to a harsh week of workouts is tomorrow. It was harsh because I ended up getting a mild case of the flu and sinus crap. So I missed a couple days of working out and work. It was very difficult coming back after that since it was hard to breath, but I love the ways that those that work out at Farrell's push and encourage, including those in the hospital right now. I hope the one guy that is a lot of encouragement and goofy gets better soon.
Now, this is the last week for the FIT challenge and even though I missed two days working out, I still completed the challenge for the week and the challenge period. I have yet to weigh in and get my measurements but no matter how I did I know I feel better about myself since I am sweating myself into smaller sizes. This is still tons of fun, except for Burbies. Those things will be the death of me one day, or my saving grace, except for God of course. You never know when doing a burbie might save your life or another's. LOL.
Next week we are having a halloween costume contest and it has to be something we can workout in. So I think I have the perfect costume MUAHAHAHAHAHA. Maybe Dr. Evil, maybe a superhero, maybe a ninja, since it is kickboxing day. We will see what I can come up with. Till then, bye everyone who reads these.

Well here I go again. I haven't weighed myself but I feel good. I can't remember if it was Wednesday or Thursday but one of those days I did a certain exercise for the FIT challenge. I want you to believe me when I say, even though it is Sunday, my quads still kill from doing, wait for it..... 50 surrenders. Those are some difficult things to do. Those of you that have done them know how difficult it is to do just 5-10 of them. But I did 50 for the challenge and I'm happy to have them done.
I also noticed they are having a costume contest at Farrell's on Halloween. It has to be a costume that you can workout in and I think I will be a Pirate. ARRRRRRR. I think that would be funny. I will post pictures of the costume once Halloween comes. I will post them to my Facebook account just for some laughs. At First I thought about being a Chris Farley Chippendale just for laughs. Then I thought a full blue body suit so I could blend into the mats, but I thought against it. So it comes to a pirate. I thought that would be funny to see a person dressed as a Pirate Kickboxing. LOL. anyways I will post more later.

the beginning till now
I started my transformation at Ferrall's Extreme Bodyshaping in July of this year. I started out weighing 339.8 pounds. Today is the 18th of October and I have lost 31 lb. and I am in my 16th week. The classes start as 10 week sessions, and I am whats called a FIT Member. I am loving it and I am still sore almost every day. It is due to the fact that last week we had our new 10 week participants start and we are going slower and harder and it is a great feeling getting those muscles to hurt again and again. This is fun since I am doing our recent FIT member challenge and it is football themed. we are in the 4th week of it and I have completed each week so far and next week is the last week for it. It's great since it is making me do some more exercises that I wouldn't normally do. Plus since joining Ferrall's I have been doing pushups at work and the highest I have gotten to is 300 while at work. This is fun due to some of my workout buddies actually challenging me and joking a lot. I want to thank everyone for the support and the encouragement. I will be posting at least once a week and keep everyone updated.
